Who runs COAM Placement

Justin Gilmore, who runs COAM Placement

COAM Placement is run by Justin Gilmore in Atlanta.

Justin founded ATMMachines.com in 2006. It started with cold calls, walking into local businesses and building an ATM route around Atlanta. It grew into a business that sells, places, manages and processes ATMs across the United States.

That's about 20 years of putting machines in other people's businesses and working with the owners who host them. COAM Placement brings that experience to Georgia owners who want Class B machines: check the rules first, introduce a licensed operator, and stay honest about what to expect.

What we do

We help Georgia bars, restaurants, gas stations and convenience stores get Class B machines without shopping around. You tell us about your venue once. We check the state and local rules, then recommend a licensed operator that fits your area and type of business, and introduce you once you say OK.

How an introduction works

  1. You send your venue details or call.
  2. We review the rules for your location.
  3. We tell you which licensed operator we recommend, with their license number, and get your OK.
  4. With your OK, the operator contacts you, and you sign with them, not with us.

Check any license

Before you sign, you can check the operator's license with the Georgia Lottery's COAM Division. You can also look for the operator's legal name or license number in the Georgia Lottery's approved Class B license list.

Who you're dealing with

COAM Placement is a placement service. We are not a COAM operator or master licensee. We introduce Georgia businesses to operators that hold a Georgia Lottery Class B Master License. We'll tell you which licensed operator we recommend, with their license number, and get your OK before they contact you. Before you sign, you can check the operator's license with the Georgia Lottery's COAM Division. No fee to you. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the Georgia Lottery Corporation.

What we won't do

  • We won't promise earnings.
  • We won't offer gifts or bonuses.
  • We won't encourage anyone to break an existing agreement.
  • We won't claim to be the Georgia Lottery or an operator.

Privacy

We use your details to respond to your inquiry and, once you say OK, to introduce you to the operator. See our privacy notice.
